Description
Registration Gateway for Schools (formerly EZ School Registration) enables users to create enrollment templates and store them in DocuShare for quick retrieval, completion, and processing, streamlining the new student registration process. Student information is then readily available in an electronic format for reuse within a specific school environment, including one or multiple districts.
The enrollment process is transformed into an electronic “Wizard-based” process that automatically routes completed forms into the appropriate DocuShare collection. Personal documents such as birth certificates, social security cars, and immunization records can be scanned, authenticated, and stored, along with digital photos and other file types. DocuShare supports secure storage with collection and document-level access permissions, ensuring that personal information remains private and secured. Student medical records can be automatically routed to a collection that is handled in support of HIPAA compliance, for example. The Registration Gateway solution includes training in security settings and establishment of folder types.
The system provides accurate management and monitoring of student records to comply with SIF requirements. All documents are Surety Sealed and authenticated at the point of submission and the individual student records identified by a student unique DataGlyph. The integrated solution further reduces reliance on multipart forms and copies and enables the guardian to self-enroll the student(s) via a Web-based application.
