Xerox has integrated the THINQ Learning Management System with DocuShare, Xerox's document repository software, and with Xerox Web Document Submission software, allowing employees to access and print a chapter of a manual, memos, or other supporting training materials. This combination also allows managers to share current news and communications with targeted employees, in real-time. For example, a retail store might use the service to communicate specific daily promotions to targeted groups of employees.
