Description Managing the creation of new user accounts in DocuShare can be a time consuming task for the DocuShare administrator. Ideally, departments would be responsible for creating new users in their environments, but granting administrator rights to that many people isn't always feasible. Using WaterWare's New User Management tool, you can give department managers and employees access to an interface where they can request the creation of new accounts. The DocuShare administrator will have a workpage to quickly view the information and approve or reject the new accounts. New accounts can also automatically be added to the appropriate groups for the requesting department. Benefits
