Description
The TELEform® to DocuShare connect agent automatically exports form images and field data (metadata) collected from paper forms into a DocuShare collection. Paper forms are scanned with TELEform®, an automated data collection software product from Verity, Inc. TELEform has the ability to read handprint, machine print, bubbles, checkboxes, and other elements from scanned forms. The data read is automatically used to set up a DocuShare collection and store the form. If a DocuShare collection does not already exist, one will be created. Forms Design users in TELEform can select the initial DocuShare collection to which each form is to be exported. Based on field data read from each form, sub-collections (folders) can be dynamically created and automatically populated during the export, allowing for the automatic creation of an appropriate hierarchy of folders within each DocuShare collection.
