Custom export rules and field mappings can be set for each form within LiquidOffice. A LiquidOffice user, or author, can pick an entry point for automatically storing forms from LiquidOffice into DocuShare. The author can customize setup on a form-by-form basis, and specify document metadata as text, field values, or a combination of both. The author may also define which LiquidOffice fields are to be used to automatically build a folder hierarchy in a DocuShare collection on the fly. Collections will be built from data that exists on the form, in the order they were defined. Once LiquidOffice fields are mapped to DocuShare fields, fields can be added to a "Dynamic Folder List" which allows the export to build a dynamic folder hierarchy during export, if the folders (collections) do not exist. The process of designing and building collections dynamically from completed forms minimizes the administrative task of manually pre-building DocuShare collections and matching folders to forms.
