DocuShare Certified Trainers receive referrals from organizations wishing to undertake training courses and receive support and training information on an ongoing basis.

Xerox will be enabling authorized VARs, resellers, and Xerox analysts to deliver Xerox-developed DocuShare training. To become a Xerox DocuShare Authorized trainer, individuals must attend a 2-day DocuShare instructor-led training course at the Xerox training site in Leesburg, Virginina, and successfully complete the training and certification requirements. This class includes hands-on student exercises, learning validation and comprehensive testing. Class fees include instruction, lab exercises and a DocuShare Technical Training Kit. After successfully completing your training your name will be added into the Authorized DocuShare Trainer database for quick referral by DocuShare customers seeking instruction.

Only Xerox-authorized and certified VARs, resellers and Xerox analysts will be able to order Xerox DocuShare training materials. Xerox encourages and expects that all DocuShare Authorized Trainers purchase Xerox developed DocuShare training kits to train DocuShare users and administrators. Use of these kits, along with the DocuShare Trainer Materials included in the DocuShare instructor-led training package, assures a high standard of instruction and consistent training on DocuShare usage and administration.
